Frequently Asked Questions and T&Cs
Are all the products handmade?
Yes, all the items are handmade by little old me (with the occasional hand from my hubby at busier periods.)
All items are handmade therefore aesthetic differences to be expected regarding colours, sizes, shapes etc. No two items will ever be identical.
Variations of colours and sizes between photos and real life should be expected. Details regarding sizes will not be provided unless requested.
Turnaround time and Postage
Being a busy mum of three: turnaround time can be anywhere from 1-4 weeks and refers to the time between us receiving your order and it being made. Please take this into consideration when ordering and send us a message via "contact us" BEFORE ORDERING if you need an item for a particular date and are worried it may not reach you in time.
Items postage is priced based on their size and weight. Large letter items are not tracked. All other parcels are sent via 1st or 2nd class signed for.

1st class aim for next working day.
2nd class 2-3 working days.
All timings are approximate and once your parcel is with royal mail, we take no responsibility for their delays.

If you need your item for a certain date please tell us in the add a note section at checkout, we will try our best to accommodate, or use our "contact us" section before purchasing.

What is your return policy?
In lines with consumer law our items are handmade to order and therefore, bespoke, meaning returns and refunds are only accepted in cases of damage/faulty or if the items are significantly not as described. Pictures must be provided of the fault or damage and the item must be returned before the refund/replacement is processed.

Personalised items are NON-REFUNDABLE unless we, as the makers, make an error with regards to personalisation or unless we deem them faulty or damaged. Proof must be provided and the item returned before a refund is issued.
Are the copper products made from real copper?
Yes, all copper items are made from real copper therefore natural flaws to the look of the copper are expected. I use as much recycled copper (from my hubby's van) as possible when making my copper items.
Does the copper tarnish?
Copper naturally tarnishes over time and our pieces are raw and unlacquered unless otherwise stated. Some people love the industrial, steampunk look this gives. Alternatively, you can polish the copper using fine 0000 wire wool and/or metal cleaning products to revive its shine! We polish all items before posting unless asked for a particularly industrial look.
Wire Items
Our wire sometimes has natural flaws; such as flaws on the colour/scratches/bumps. We endeavour to use the best bits, with minimal waste where possible but sometimes these natural flaws are unavoidable.
All wire items are hand manipulated, therefore may not be perfectly straight/rounded/shaped, although we strive for them to be as pretty as possible.
Items Where Glue Is Used
Glue marks on items where it used, are sometimes unavoidable but we strive for these to be minimal.
Outsourced Materials
We accept no responsibility for differences in size, colour, shape etc of materials sourced from external suppliers. Minimal waste will always be our aim and if the items are useable, even if slightly different to advertised, they will be used. Variations of colours and sizes between photos and real life should always be expected. Details on things such as size will not be given unless requested.
